OMG Shortbread Cookies!!

I'm not gonna lie... these aren't super artistically pretty... I suck at that part, but they are damn good.

From a very old classic recipe.  These cookies are amazing!!  You can get them plain or sandwiched with cherry Cabernet preserves (freaking awesome).
